Commercial Mortgage Loans

Commercial mortgage loans provided throughout the United States. SBA business loans, working capital loans and conventional commercial real estate financing.

Commercial mortgage loans have become harder to obtain because many banks have stopped their normal commercial real estate financing activities. As a result, it is hard to envision a more appropriate time than now for small business owners to adopt an “outside the box” approach to business financing. AEX Commercial Financing Group continues to be an effective nationwide source for commercial mortgage loans. AEX commercial finance programs include business property purchases, refinancing and SBA business loans. In addition to commercial mortgage loans, business finance help is available through short-term working capital loans and other short term business financing programs.

Until further notice, AEX Commercial Financing Group is not charging any fees for their short-term working capital financing programs. In addition to eliminating fees for all working capital management services, AEX has also reduced fees for commercial real estate loans and business consulting.
